Hello friends and family! You may have heard the news; I'm going on a trip to Ethiopia this summer. I will be travelling with a group called Real Humanitarian, a non-for-profit dedicated to assisting disadvantaged children, their families and communities break free from the cycle of poverty.
You may already know about some of my involvement with other organizations making international efforts to improve education, so you can understand why, when I learned about the work that Real Humanitarian does, I couldn't turn this opportunity down. Now starting my fourth year of Biology degree and preparing for dental school, this is the perfect window of time for me to have this trip of a lifetime.
With your support, I'll be able to travel to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to work with children and hopefully provide them much needed support, guidance, enthusiasm, and inspiration.
