Outcomes
As students participate in our programs, they quickly gain a sense that they are valued and that by taking advantage of the opportunities given them through our programs they can remove themselves from the cycle of poverty. They develop confidence in, and hope for, a better future. In one generation, our beneficiaries move from the desperation of poverty to the hopeful future of opportunity, employment, and success.

Expedition Impact
In the past 22 years we have had 77 expedition groups travel, as well as numerous individual travelers, long-term volunteers, and interns offer their time at our programs.
With our volunteers, we have travelled to eight countries around the world, offering personal and professional skills and knowledge exchanges, giving workshops, playing games, providing medical and dental care, making music together, repairing homes and community centres, and building people and communities.
