Planning Committee Member
Position Details
Objective:
Assistance with planning and set up for our annual Chase the Ace Golf Tournament.
Responsibilities:
Planning meetings, recruiting sponsors and participants, networking, sourcing event materials such as prizes and donations.
Time Commitment:
Approximately 2-3 hours per week for online meetings and assigned tasks, plus event day support (approx. 5 hours).
Skills Required:
Planning, communication and interpersonal skills are an asset.
Location:
This event is outdoors, so there is potential for exposure to the elements such as extreme heat and sun. Weather appropriate attire is expected.
