Planning Committee Member - Calgary
Position Details
Objective:
Assist in planning and executing a colour run as a fundraising event.
Responsibilities:
Approximately 2+ hours per week comprising of attendance at virtual 1-hour meetings once every couple of weeks, then weekly during the month leading up to the colour run, as well as tasks assigned to individuals between meetings.
Time Commitment:
Approximately 2+ hours per week.
Skills Required:
Some experience in organizing events is an asset.
Location:
This event is outdoors, so there is potential for exposure to the elements such as extreme heat and sun. Weather appropriate attire is expected.
